WORLD FOREX CHAMPIONSHIP

1. DEFINITIONS

"WFC" or "Organizer" means World Forex Championship, operated from Scranton, Pennsylvania, USA.
"Competition" means the Global Master Traders Championship, a live forex trading competition facilitated through the Official Broker.
"Participant" means any individual who registers for and is accepted into the Competition as a Trader or Promoter.
"Trader" means a Participant who opens a live trading account with the Official Broker, funds it with real capital, and competes on the Leaderboard.
"Promoter" means a Participant enrolled in the Promoter Portal who refers new Traders to the Official Broker and earns IB commissions through the Official Broker's IB program.
"Official Broker" means the regulated forex broker designated by WFC through which all Traders open and maintain their live competition trading accounts. The identity of the Official Broker and all relevant signup links are published at www.worldforexchampionship.com.
"Capital Class" means the deposit tier (determined by a Trader's initial funded account balance) within which a Trader competes exclusively.
"Leaderboard" means the weekly-updated ranking of Traders within each Capital Class, based on self-reported ROI percentage.
"Blown Account" means a trading account that has reached a zero or near-zero balance, rendering it ineligible to continue in the Competition.
"Re-Entry" means the process by which a Trader whose account has been blown opens a brand-new Official Broker account and re-enrolls in the Competition.
"Promoter Portal" means the WFC membership area where Promoters track referrals, IB milestones, and commission progress.
"Trader Signup Link" means http://live.aeronmarkets.com/signup/k6JeOpS5, the official account registration link for Traders.
"Promoter Signup Link" means https://live.aeronmarkets.com/agentlink/soilwoki, the official agent registration link for Promoters.
"IB Code" means k6JeOpS5, the unique introducing broker code embedded in the Trader Signup Link.

2. ELIGIBILITY

2.1 To participate in the Competition, you must:
(a) Be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher);
(b) Be legally permitted to open and operate a live forex trading account in your country of residence;
(c) Not be a resident of, or subject to the laws of, any jurisdiction where participation in forex trading competitions is prohibited, restricted, or requires licensing not held by WFC or the Official Broker;
(d) Not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of WFC or the Official Broker;
(e) Have not previously been disqualified from this Competition for any violation of these Terms or the Official Contest Rules.

2.2 Residents of the United States are advised that forex trading and related promotional activities may be subject to CFTC and NFA regulations. U.S. residents participate at their own risk and are solely responsible for ensuring their participation complies with applicable federal and state laws.

2.3 WFC reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to disqualify any Participant who does not meet or maintain eligibility requirements.

3. REGISTRATION

3.1 Registration is free. To register as a Trader, you must:
(a) Complete the WFC registration form at www.worldforexchampionship.com;
(b) Open a new live trading account with the Official Broker using the Trader Signup Link: http://live.aeronmarkets.com/signup/k6JeOpS5;
(c) Fund your trading account with real capital;
(d) Report your account details to WFC to be assigned to the appropriate Capital Class and activated on the Leaderboard.

3.2 To register as a Promoter, you must:
(a) Complete the WFC Promoter Portal registration at www.worldforexchampionship.com;
(b) Register with the Official Broker as an agent using the Promoter Signup Link: https://live.aeronmarkets.com/agentlink/soilwoki.

3.3 Each Participant may hold only one active Trader enrollment at a time. A new enrollment following a Blown Account (Re-Entry) constitutes a separate enrollment.

3.4 Promoter enrollment is available through the Promoter Portal. Promoters must also comply with all applicable laws governing referral and affiliate marketing activities in their jurisdiction.

3.5 By registering, you represent that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false or misleading registration information may result in immediate disqualification.

4. COMPETITION MECHANICS

4.1 The Competition runs on a rolling-enrollment basis. Each Trader's 180-day competition window begins on the date their account is activated on the Leaderboard.

4.2 All trading occurs on live, real-money trading accounts held with the Official Broker. WFC does not operate simulated or demo accounts for competition purposes.

4.3 Traders are ranked within their Capital Class based on Return on Investment percentage (ROI%), calculated as net profit divided by initial deposit, expressed as a percentage. The complete ranking formula and tiebreaker rules are set forth in the Official Contest Rules.

4.4 The Leaderboard is updated on a weekly basis using data self-reported by Traders. WFC does not have direct access to Official Broker account data and relies solely on Trader-submitted reports for Leaderboard purposes.

4.5 Traders are required to submit their weekly performance report by 11:59 PM Eastern Time every Sunday. Missed submissions may result in Leaderboard suspension as described in the Official Contest Rules.

4.6 WFC reserves the right to request supporting documentation from the Official Broker or directly from Traders to verify reported performance at any time.

5. CAPITAL CLASS SYSTEM

5.1 Upon activation, each Trader is permanently assigned to a Capital Class based on the initial funded balance of their Official Broker trading account. Capital Class assignment cannot be changed during an active enrollment period.

5.2 Traders compete exclusively within their assigned Capital Class. Cross-class competition is not permitted.

5.3 In the event of a Re-Entry following a Blown Account, the Trader's Capital Class will be determined by the initial funded balance of their new trading account, which may differ from their previous Capital Class.

5.4 The specific deposit ranges defining each Capital Class are published on the WFC website and in the Official Contest Rules, and are subject to change prior to a new enrollment period.

6. LEADERBOARD AND SELF-REPORTING

6.1 The Leaderboard is WFC's ranking system for active Traders. Placement on the Leaderboard is determined solely by self-reported ROI% data submitted by Traders.

6.2 By submitting a weekly report, each Trader certifies under penalty of disqualification that the reported data is accurate and consistent with their Official Broker account records.

6.3 WFC may, at its sole discretion, audit any Trader's reported data by requesting account statements, trade history, or other documentation from the Trader or the Official Broker. Failure to cooperate with an audit or discrepancies identified during an audit may result in immediate disqualification and forfeiture of any prizes.

6.4 WFC assumes no responsibility for errors in reported data or for Leaderboard rankings derived from inaccurate submissions. Rankings are displayed in good faith based on available information.

7. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of prizes, and permanent ban from future WFC events:
(a) Submitting false, fabricated, or manipulated trading data;
(b) Operating more than one active Trader enrollment simultaneously;
(c) Coordinated trading or account-sharing arrangements designed to artificially inflate performance metrics;
(d) Use of automated trading systems, expert advisors, or algorithmic strategies in violation of the Official Broker's terms of service;
(e) Engaging in wash trading, round-trip trading, or any strategy designed to generate artificial profits without genuine market risk;
(f) Harassment, threats, or abusive conduct directed at WFC staff, other Participants, or Official Broker personnel;
(g) Any conduct that violates applicable law, including but not limited to anti-fraud, anti-money laundering, and securities regulations.

7.2 WFC's determination of prohibited conduct is final and binding.

8. PRIZES

8.1 WFC offers prizes exceeding $1,000,000 USD in aggregate across all Capital Classes and competition periods. Prize details, including amounts and distribution schedules, are published on the WFC website.

8.2 Prize eligibility requires:
(a) Completion of the full 180-day competition window;
(b) Full compliance with these Terms, the Official Contest Rules, and the Risk Disclosure Statement;
(c) Successful identity verification as required by WFC;
(d) Execution of a prize acknowledgment and tax documentation form (including IRS Form W-9 for U.S. recipients or equivalent for international recipients).

8.3 Prizes are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash alternatives unless expressly stated.

8.4 WFC reserves the right to withhold or delay prize disbursement pending completion of any audit, verification, or legal review.

8.5 All prize recipients are solely responsible for reporting and paying any applicable taxes on prize winnings. WFC will issue IRS Form 1099-MISC or equivalent tax documentation as required by law.

9. PROMOTER IB PROGRAM

9.1 Promoters participate in the WFC Promoter IB Program by registering with the Official Broker as agents via the Promoter Signup Link: https://live.aeronmarkets.com/agentlink/soilwoki. Promoters earn IB commissions based on the trading activity of their referred Traders, as determined by the Official Broker's IB commission structure.

9.2 Traders referred by Promoters must register using the Trader Signup Link: http://live.aeronmarkets.com/signup/k6JeOpS5 (IB Code: k6JeOpS5) for the referral to be tracked and credited.

9.3 WFC's Promoter milestone reward tiers are as follows:
Tier 1 - Contender - 5 Qualified Referrals
Tier 2 - Fighter - 10 Qualified Referrals
Tier 3 - Champion - 25 Qualified Referrals
Tier 4 - Elite - 50 Qualified Referrals
Tier 5 - Grand Master - 100 + Continental Tour

9.4 Milestone rewards are separate from Official Broker IB commissions and are subject to verification of qualified referral counts by WFC.

9.5 Promoters must comply with all applicable laws governing referral marketing, affiliate advertising, and earnings disclosures in their jurisdiction. In particular, U.S.-based Promoters must comply with FTC regulations, including 16 C.F.R. § 255, and must clearly disclose their material connection to WFC in any promotional content.

9.6 Promoters are prohibited from making misleading earnings claims, guaranteeing trading profits, or representing that the Competition is suitable for all investors.

9.7 WFC reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Promoter's enrollment for any violation of these Terms or applicable law.

10. DATA INTEGRITY AND AUDIT RIGHTS

10.1 WFC maintains all rights to audit Leaderboard submissions and Competition results at any time before, during, or after the Competition period.

10.2 Traders consent to WFC contacting the Official Broker to verify account performance data where WFC determines such verification is necessary.

10.3 Any prize awarded on the basis of fraudulent data may be reclaimed by WFC, and the recipient may be subject to legal action.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

11.1 All WFC branding, website content, Competition materials, and related intellectual property are owned by or licensed to World Forex Championship and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

11.2 Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any WFC materials without express written permission.

11.3 By submitting content to WFC (including self-reported data, testimonials, or social media posts tagging WFC), Participants grant WFC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such content for promotional and operational purposes.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

12.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WFC'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO ANY PARTICIPANT FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE COMPETITION, THESE TERMS, OR ANY WFC SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100.00 USD).

12.2 WFC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, TRADING LOSSES, OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, EVEN IF WFC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

12.3 WFC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TRADING LOSSES INCURRED ON OFFICIAL BROKER TRADING ACCOUNTS. ALL TRADING RISK IS BORNE SOLELY BY THE PARTICIPANT.

12.4 WFC IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR TECHNICAL FAILURES, INTERNET OUTAGES, BROKER PLATFORM OUTAGES, OR OTHER CIRCUMSTANCES OUTSIDE WFC'S REASONABLE CONTROL THAT MAY AFFECT A PARTICIPANT'S ABILITY TO TRADE OR SUBMIT WEEKLY REPORTS.

13. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WFC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your participation in the Competition; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights; or (d) any trading losses or financial harm you suffer in connection with your Official Broker trading account.

14. MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATION

14.1 WFC reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material amendments will be communicated via email to registered Participants and posted on the WFC website. Continued participation after the effective date of an amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14.2 WFC reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or terminate the Competition at any time for any reason, including but not limited to regulatory action, force majeure, or fraud. In the event of termination, WFC will make reasonable efforts to notify Participants and to honor prizes already verified and approved.

15. GOVERNING LAW, ARBITRATION, AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER

15.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15.2 Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Competition, or any WFC services shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, with the arbitration seated in Scranton, Pennsylvania. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

15.3 TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO BRING OR PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION, COLLECTIVE ACTION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING AGAINST WFC. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE BROUGHT IN YOUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY.

15.4 Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in Scranton, Pennsylvania, to prevent irreparable harm pending arbitration.

16. PRIVACY

16.1 WFC collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at www.worldforexchampionship.com. By registering, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

16.2 In order to operate the Competition, WFC may share your registration and performance data with the Official Broker. You consent to such sharing by registering.

17. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with the Official Contest Rules and the Risk Disclosure Statement, constitute the entire agreement between you and WFC with respect to the Competition and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
